When it comes to love handle exercises the Guys are certainly deserving of some equal time! That’s why I included a great video workout that shows some basic and advanced variations of the Sit-Up. All ideal exercises that the guys can incorporate into their everyday routine.
- Basic Sit-up, Feet firmly on the ground with slow and controlled motion
- Single Leg Crossover, raise your Pelvic & head while you squeeze at the top
- Leg Raises, working the lower abs with limited movement
- Bicycle Maneuver or Crunch, works the Rectus Abdominals & Obliques
- Vertical leg Crunch, controlled motion with an added pause
These exercises work the love handles area and help you in build a strong core foundations. Feel free to make this a part of your regular workout routine.

Great success story and congratulations!
Dropping 30lbs so quickly is certainly not for everyone, hopefully your taking things slower and have a balanced plan in place. Rememeber, proper diet and exercise are key!
However great determination on your part and I wish you the best moving forward!
