The love handles are one of the hardest spots to lose weight. The list of exercises you have on your site could easily be listed on a top 50 of the best love handle reducing exercises list. Thanks!

Thanks for visiting and your right…I really tried to focus my topics on what I know works! If you run through the many exercises listed here and regularly used them in your routine, well, you would never have to worry about love handles!

If you really want to add some extra burn, try doing the long arm crunch and lift your legs as well. When you bring your arms up try to touch your toes in the air…

Motivation is only 10% of a workout the other 90% is all about perspiration….
