Vertical Leg Crunch
The vertical leg crunch is just a different type of the abdominal crunch thus making it an exercise for love handles that will melt stomach fat away. To prepare for this exercise all that is needed is a flat surface. The person begins by lying flat on a mat or a towel that has been placed on the floor to help to cushion the spine while doing this exercise. Put hands behind the head with elbows stretched out like a wing’s tip. After getting into this position on the floor put your hands behind the head with elbows stretched out like a wing’s tip. Lift both legs straight up into the air with knees slightly bent and have the ankles gently crossed. Do not go more than a thirty degree angle when contracting the stomach muscles by sitting up gently. Do not place strain on the head or neck when doing exercises for love handles by sitting up as this may cause injury. Also, don’t let the hands lift or the head lead the exercise.
Hip Lift
Hip lifts are another great exercise for love handles. Lie with your back flat on a mat or towel on the floor. Place the arms at the sides of the body resting them on the floor with the palms facing up towards the ceiling. In this exercise lift the legs straight up so that the soles of the feet are facing the ceiling. The legs should be kept as straight as possible without bending them at the knee. The silhouette is at a ninety degree angle. Contract the abdominal while doing this exercise for love handles so that you get the impression that the navel is being pulled toward the spine while gently lifting hips just a few inches off the floor. Stay in this position. Complete one entire set to exercise those love handles off.
Long Arm Crunch
This is another great exercise for love handles. As before, continue lying on the floor on your back. Raise the arms straight back above the head as if reaching for something. Contracting the abdominal muscles is a very important aspect of doing exercises for love handles when doing this exercise. This should be done while lifting the arms, head and shoulders approximately thirty degrees off of the floor. In a smooth slow motion after holding the position gently lower the body back to the floor. Use care that the arms stay straight and behind the head. Complete one entire set.
By doing regular repetitions of exercises for love handles they will slowly melt away leaving you with a beautiful sculpted figure.

If you really want to add some extra burn, try doing the long arm crunch and lift your legs as well. When you bring your arms up try to touch your toes in the air…
Motivation is only 10% of a workout the other 90% is all about perspiration….
