Look, it’s not hard to lose your love handles, if you combine it with a good cardiovascular exercise and a proper diet. Most people when trying to spot reduce their love handles focus all of their attention on just their stomach. In reality, what they need to consider is reducing their overall body fat composition. One simple small change that you can do today would be to walk at least 30 minutes per day. You don’t have to think of it as exercise. Just think of it as a walk around the neighborhood. Second simple change, you can make is to decrease the amount of sugar, white bread and carbohydrates you eat on a daily basis. Simple sugars are easy to identify like candy cake and pie, but most people don’t recognize that sugar is in just about every food we eat that is processed. A simple change would be to eat more fruits and vegetables and stay away from processed foods. Then you don’t have to think about what you are eating but you will know that by eating, non-processed food you will be giving your body what it needs.
These two simple changes will make a big change on your health and well-being and on your appearance especially around your belly area. As you can see that removing love handles is not that difficult to do if you follow our plan.
