For anyone looking for a comprehensive book containing a great deal of information on nutrition for fat loss and workout info Burn the Fat, Feed the Muscle is a great reference containing over three hundred pages of content. This reference helps to emphasize the importance of diet tips and nutrition in order to achieve the fat loss that you are looking for from your workout. It does contain a few exercises but mainly it is devoted to the topic of nutrition. One of the few arguments some users had is that customer service seemed somewhat slow.
