Lose Your Love Handles Workout

Are a you desperate need to find a love handles workout that will remove those tangible rolls of belly fat that show up around the waistline?   Even six-pack abs, don’t look their best when the love handles are attached.  So what’s the deal with the extra belly that clings to the sides?  Is there any way to get a handle on those spare handles and lose them with a quick workout?

Absolutely.  And the solution is twofold burn off the fat and build more muscle.

While you can’t spot reduce your love handles away, selectively melting away your love handles and toning the middle muscles will definitely give them a tighter flatter and firmer appearance.  And when you lose body weight overall, you will downsize your waistline along with your love handles.  Love handles generally began to disappear on man when they reach a body fat composition of 15% and on women and starts to happen when they reach about 20% body fat.

To lose weight, combine a sensible diet plan with four to five moderately intense fat burning workouts per week.  Cardiovascular activities like belly dancing, kickboxing, martial arts, and my mountain biking are great for burning fat.  Not only do they do a great job of burning off calories they also place a great deal of emphasis on the obliques and the abdomen muscle.  The muscle that resides underneath the spare tire.

If you follow our simple love handle workouts.  You’ll begin to notice a decrease in overall body fat and increase in the amount of muscle buildup in the mid-drift.

One of the better exercises for the abdominal area is a slow bicycle exercise.  Lie on your back with your left knees bent toward your chest, and your right leg extended a few inches off of the floor.  Place your hands behind your head and curl your neck and shoulders up.  Rotate from your middle so that your right elbow is pointing toward your left knee.

Do this for a slow 3 count and then slowly rotate to the other side by bending your right knee and extending your left leg as your left elbow moves toward your right knee.  Again hold slow three count continue rotating to complete the exercise.

So doing these slow bicycle exercise his very effective.  Combine them with the proper diet, and the other activities we mentioned above.  These combined will be a great love handles workout, and we’ll get you the belly you desire.
