Have you ever really stopped to think about how many different connections there are in your body? It is just like the old song says about the hip bone and the leg bone being connected. One thing that many people do not realize is that these connections are responsible for a great deal of pain. Can you imagine doing away with back pain just by doing some exercises for love handles? By reducing trouble spots on your body through doing exercises for love handles you will help correct your posture which can then help alleviate pain.
One of the best exercises for love handles you can ever do is to stand and sit up straight. This can help you in a couple of different ways such as by reducing the accentuation of your belly. By slouching you cause more fat to be pushed up. Secondly by sitting up straight you will help to improve your posture. This will make your back even stronger there again making it easier to hold proper posture.
Also, standing up straight will increase circulation to all parts of your body. This will help give you the extra bit that you will need to perform exercises for love handles that will help to pull off that belly. Make sure that you do not slouch in your seat and make sure to stand up as straight as possible and you will have taken the first step in the right direction.
Back extensions also make excellent exercises for love handles. This exercise is performed on the floor so you may want to use a mat for cushioning. Lie flat on your stomach and place your forehead flat. Place your hands down to your sides and keep your palms up. You will then lift your torso from the floor by contracting the muscles in your back. You will then hold this position for a couple seconds and then slowly lower yourself back to the floor. Repeat this great exercise for love handles for a full set.
Once you have completed these first exercises for love handles you will then do an exercise that may seem familiar. How many of us have pretended to be superheroes as children by lying on the floor? Believe it or not this is a really good exercise for love handles as well. Move your arms from your side by placing them out in front of you. Next you will need to lift your legs from the floor as well. Hold them off of the floor for a few seconds and then lower them to the floor. Go through several repetitions of these exercises for love handles to help reduce your belly.
By both improving your posture and doing the exercises listed earlier you will help to strengthen your back and joints. This will help you reduce your belly and lose those love handles. There are many other exercises for love handles that can help you to lose that belly you have wanted to get rid of. By working other muscle groups such as your rectus abdominus and transverse muscles you will soon get into yourself into the shape you have been hoping for.

Unless you have suffered from low back pain due to posture you dont realize what a drag it can be. Thanks for posting these great exercise tips. By helping people to realize the impact their build has on their posture you are helping to correct the mindset that we seem to be suffering from today. Way to go!
