Unless you have suffered from low back pain due to posture you dont realize what a drag it can be. Thanks for posting these great exercise tips. By helping people to realize the impact their build has on their posture you are helping to correct the mindset that we seem to be suffering from today. Way to go!

Great post and thanks for sharing! Back pain is no joke, that’s why developing a routine that works your core muscle groups is indeed key in so many ways. It not only builds strength but also adds stability to your back.
