Its important when your doing exercises for love handles that you alter your routines regularly. Doing the same exercises over and over again allows the stomach muscles to become accustomed to the movements. Once that happens, you will begin to see limited results and a sense of boredom may even creep in to your workout.
Keep things fresh, attack the abdominal muscles from different angles. Incorporate new exercises and movements into your routine. By doing so, you will in turn shock and stimulate the core muscle groups and achieve greater results!
