These days eveyone has a hectic schedules, so its real easy to forget about what matters most when it comes to exercise. Most People lose sight of a key concept “what matter most to me when is comes to my exercise routine’?
Can you answer that…Is it how you look or is about how you feel?
Most people would tell you that its really about how you feel and I too myself follow that same thought. But its probably safe to say that most people work out because they want to look better and that’s OK too!
I’ve found over the years that what should matter most is what are your individual goals and how do you achieve them.
Typically that’s not as straight forward as it seems. Its not one specific thought. It’s a combination of concepts and ideas about what you believe you need to do and what your willing to do in order to look and feel better!
So in this quick rant, I wanted to point out that whether its exercises for love handles or a bicep-mega blast routines…whatever it is, do it for yourself at your own pace!
Exercising consistently is a state of mind, do it because you want to…find a program as well as exercises that works for you and you alone. After all ones state of mind is whats most important!
So clear your head, stay focused, have fun and do it for yourself because that’s all that truly matters!

So many people loose sight of their goals so easily it seems. Thanks for the motivational! I am sure many people could benefit from an extra helping of it.

Sometimes a quick rant is just what one needs. I know I have struggled to exercise my love handles lol. Thank you for the great article!
