- Std Plank, variation- bring your opposite leg up to your opposite arm.
- Std Plank, variation- a walking plank exercise, 10 reps or more.
- Basic Sit-up & Crunch, variation- combine both in one movement.
- Lower Abs (rocking), variation- drop your legs and rotate in a full circle working your whole core/abdominal region.
- Basic Crunch, variation- drop your legs and move side to side then incorporate the crunch.
