Here is some great Ab Power foods, try and add 5-6 of these foods to your daily intake:
- Beans as well as other Legumes
- Instant Otmeal, low in fat
- Almonds and other nuts
- Dairy
- Turkey and other lean protien meats
- Eggs
- Peanut Butter
- Olive Oil, feel free to mix in peanut oil as well
- Raspberries and others from the berry group
- Whole Grains, high fiber breads and cereals
- Spinach as well as other green leaf vegetables
Add these foods to your diets and you’ll be blasting your abs like never before not to mention… you’ll be turning up the volume on your inner furnace. Remember, to think about what works for you, we can not stress that enough. Do that and you’ll develop a program that fits your goals. Take notes, start a workout journal, track your improvements…motivation is a powerful thing!

Most peeps dont realize that what you eat can make all the difference. Exercises for love handles includes exercising your ability to choose health over junk.

It is amazing how getting the right fuel for your engine improves you health, look,and life. The combo of eating right and working out right only makes things that mch easier.

One of my fav fat burning food is citrus. Especially grapefruit, I drink some evetday to help me feel my best and make the most of my workouts.
