There are certain things in life that are always true. Most people love pasta, as people of chocolate, and most people hate to exercise. The one undeniable thing that’s for certain is, most people really hate to have love handles. There is nothing sexy about love handles. So there’s no magical secret here. We all hate love handles, and we all need to exercise and have a proper diet in order to remove or reduce our love handles. Nobody wants to be overweight and out of shape. We all struggle to avoid any of the unwanted pounds, and to lose the love handles before they completely get out of control. What do we do to fight this inevitable battle against the extra weight around our belly.
Today there’s a lot more diet routines and exercise machines than just about anyone can shake a stick at, or use. And I don’t care how many sticks or machines you have not one of them is going to do what you need them to do without your cooperation and a structured plan that you follow. The fact of the matter is that people will continue to eat sugar and white bread and pack on the pounds. We all love sugar and white bread, but we can eat it to the extent that we typically do. It’s time to stop the excessive eating of sugar and white bread and starts eating more fruits and vegetables. It’s time to get off the couch and stop playing videogames and start learning to take a walk with your dog or with your kids, in order to lose our love handles. How will you do this? How will you tackle losing the excessive belly fat? What arsenal of weapons, do you have up your sleeve that will help you achieve this? Maybe you don’t have any plan at all. And that’s perfectly all right. What we will show you is a simple plan that you can follow that will help you begin to lose the weight around your waist.
Begin your exercise routine with a proper mindset. This is a way of life from now on, and it doesn’t have to be painful. If you practice by just walking 30 minutes a day and pushing back from the table before you get full, these two things alone will help you lose the love handles. My suggestion for now, would be to get when your kids and take a walk with him. If you don’t have kids find a friend and take a quick walk around the neighborhood. Walking just 30 minutes a day will help you lose, at least five to 10 pounds a month or more.
Finally, pushback from the table before you get full and eat proper food. If you take a quick look at a cereal box you will see that most serial is loaded with sugar. Excess sugar in your diet will accumulate as stored carbs in your belly. Lose the sugar and white bread, and you will lose the fat.
So you can see that getting rid of your love handles is really pretty easy. Follow a simple 30 minute walk every day, and stop eating excess sugar used to things alone will help you lose your love handles.
