My goal is to provide readers with the best information they can find on how to lose your love handles and get physically fit.

I look to expand things a little further over the next few months to include product reviews, recipes, general fitness articles and much more!

My background is as follows: As you guessed it I’m a bit of a fitness fanatic and I have my family to thank for that.  As a young girl growing up with 3 brothers I found myself involved in just about every sport possible; baseball, basket ball, football etc… We were always outside and always engaged in some sort of activities. That carried over through HS where I developed a love for track and field. Its on the track where things all fell into place for me earning a full scholarship to prestigious PA University.

After 2 years and several leg injury later it was time for a change…

So it was off to the Military where all my hard work paid off. That experience truly shaped me in to the person I am today!

Once back home, It was now time to finish what I had started…I earned my Bachelors Degree in Physiology & Nutrition. I’m so glad I did that, its opened so many doors for me!

Fast forward, to now…I’m a wife, a mom and chief bottle washer (I told you that military training paid off) ha!  I also work for the local school system teaching and I could not be happier!

Being the fitness fanatic that I am,  I decided to put some of that knowledge to good use by creating this blog.  I hope you find the articles and video’s helpful and you truly benefit from my site!
